Position Overview:
HumanEdge Health is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Mount Vernon, WA. This role focuses on providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive outpatient or rehab setting.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility, function, and independence
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Document patient progress and adjust care plans as needed

Requirements:

WA PT License required
Minimum 1 year of PT experience
Strong clinical, communication, and patient care skills
