Description

Travel Emergency Department RN – Nights
Location: Oro Valley, AZ
Start Date: 11/24/2025
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights, 7:00p–7:30a
Hours: 36 guaranteed/week
Schedule: Rotating weekends
Experience: Minimum 2 years ED experience

Description:
A hospital in Oro Valley, AZ is seeking an experienced Travel Emergency Department RN for a 13-week night assignment. The RN will provide care for Emergency Department patients using the Nursing Process, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care while demonstrating clinical judgment and leadership.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience

  • Certifications:

  • BLS, ACLS, PALS (required)

  • Licensure: AZ RN license required

  • Cerner EMR experience required

  • Must be able to float  

    Preferred:

    • TNCC or CPI certification

    • NIH certification

    Responsibilities:

    • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the Emergency Department

    • Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education

    • Delegate and supervise staff according to experience and unit needs

    • Float as assigned

    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and quality care
