Minimum Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN) License for NY or Compact as applicable
Applicable recent experience in this Case Management work setting
Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
Certifications: BLS
Equipment/Procedures: EPIC
Experience: 1.5 years
Local Restrictions: Travelers allowed
