Minimum Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) License for NY or Compact as applicable
• Applicable recent experience in this Case Management work setting
• Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
• Certifications: BLS Certification
• Equipment/Procedures: EPIC
• Experience: 1 year
