Minimum Requirements:
- Physical Therapist License for CA or Compact as applicable
- Applicable recent experience in this work setting
- Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
- Certifications: BLS
- Equipment/Procedures: EPIC
- Experience: 1 year
- Local Restrictions: Travelers allowed
