Registered Nurse (RN) - 4NE Internal Medicine
Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Employment Type: Travel Nursing (Clinical - Nursing)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment. This role primarily involves delivering care to an adult patient population. The position aligns with the ANA Nursing: Scope and Standards of Practice, 2nd Edition (2010).
Required Skills & Experience
- Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice, typically acquired through completion of an accredited School of Nursing program.
- Clinical competence and experience in the care and management of the target patient population specific to internal medicine.
Education Requirements
- Required: Associate’s degree in nursing.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
Certifications & Licensure
- Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) participating state.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers or an AHA-approved equivalent.
