Job Opportunity: CT Technologist

Location: West Bend, Wisconsin
Employment Type: Travel Contract (Clinical - Allied)
Contract Length: 14 weeks

Job Summary

• Operate computed tomography (CT) and related equipment under the direction of a radiologist.
• Perform CT studies following specific guidelines and prescribed protocols with appropriate radiation protection.
• Review and archive images with associated patient data.
• Collaborate with imaging personnel, nursing and medical staff, patients, and visitors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year full-time clinical experience in Diagnostic Radiology.
• Education: Completion of an ARRT accredited Radiologic Technology program (post high school).
• Certifications & Licensure:

  • ARRT registered RT (R) in diagnostic radiology.
  • Current State of Wisconsin Radiographer license.
  • Advanced certification in CT required within 18 months of hire/transfer.
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) or equivalent required within 3 months of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous CT experience.
• 1-2 years of college/university coursework or an undergraduate degree in a healthcare-related field.
