Job Description

Perform advanced-level professional work in exposing and processing radiographic images and fluoroscopy examinations under general supervision.
Operate standard and portable radiology equipment for radiographic exams and fluoroscopy studies, including intravenous pyelography, cystography, gastrointestinal series, and body section radiography.
Assist physicians and perform specialized imaging procedures.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and film output issues.
Serve as a resource and preceptor for other radiographers and students.
May participate in training programs to develop skills in Computed Tomography, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, or Special Procedures.
Maintain records, inventory, and equipment for the assigned area.

Required Qualifications

Education and Experience

Minimum 1 year of full-time experience as a Radiology Technologist or Cardiovascular Technologist within the last year

Certifications & Licensure

Current ARDMS, ARRT, and/or CCI credentials in the cardiovascular or radiologic technology specialty required
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
