Registered Nurse — Mother Baby

Location

  • 3rd shift, 3x12s

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Kentucky
  • Post Partum experience within the last year
  • 1 year of Post Partum experience
  • BLS
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Education

  • BSN

Key Role Details

  • Provides direct patient care on the unit, including assessments, treatments, admissions, transfers, discharges, patient and family education, and care coordination
  • Performs comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing reassessments
  • Administers medications and performs procedures such as wound care and IV therapy
  • Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams and supports patient-centered care
  • Participates in quality improvement, patient safety, and unit-based activities

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
