Job Description

• Telemetry background required (ability to read telemetry)
• Minimum 2 years of medical/surgical nursing experience
• Experience with EPIC electronic health record system
• NIH; EOW; EOH (likely shift or scheduling codes)
• Nail policy: No artificial or acrylic nails; nails must be short
• Must be able to work in specified counties during any break in service (within 90 days)
