Job Requirements

• Telemetry background required (ability to read telemetry)
• Minimum 2 years of medical/surgical nursing experience
• Experience with EPIC electronic health record system
• No artificial or acrylic nails; nails must be short
• Must be available to work every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH)

Credentialing and Compliance Requirements

• Criminal background check within 90 days of start; rerun if break in service > 90 days

• 12-panel drug screen within 30 days prior to start, updated annually; must include proof of all 12 drugs tested and MRO review for prescriptions or negative-dilute results
• Verification of education relevant to clinical work within 90 days of start; rerun if break in service > 90 days; official transcripts required if verification fails (diplomas not accepted)
• Confirmation of assignment documentation required upon initial assignment and each extension
• Employment verification for the past 7 years; updated annually; rerun if break in service > 90 days
• Post-assignment evaluation (optional)
• Legal documentation of name change (optional)
