• Shift: 5:30 PM - 6:00 AM on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
• Call: Based on department needs
• Weekend: Required to work weekends (Sat, Sun, Mon)
• Holidays: Required to work holidays that fall on weekends
• Equipment Experience: GE and Siemens CT scanners
• Systems: EPIC electronic health record system
• Floating: May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed

Experience Requirements

• Years of Experience: Minimum 3 years in CT technology
• Prior Travel Experience: Required (must have prior travel roles)

Licenses & Certifications Required

• BLS: Must have current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support certification
• ARRT: Registered Technologist in CT (ARRT CT) certification required
• State License: Wisconsin Radiographer license required and must be current at time of submission

Onboarding & Compliance Requirements

• Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start
• Signed assignment agreement required before onboarding
• Completion of Ascension Core Competencies (HIPAA, Joint Commission NPSG, OSHA topics) with minimum 80% score, updated yearly
• Medical Imaging Contract Worker Onboarding Education Attestation (6 hours pre-hire training)
• Health and Immunization Requirements:

  • MMR: Documented proof of two vaccines or positive titer (no declinations accepted)
  • Varicella: Documented proof of immunity or two vaccines (no declinations accepted)
  • Hepatitis B: Vaccination series completion or signed declination
  • Influenza Vaccine: Required during flu season (Oct 1 - Mar 31); exemptions accepted with mask requirement
  • Tdap: Valid within 10 years, no declinations accepted
  • TB Testing: 2-step PPD or IGRA within required timeframes; if positive, chest X-ray and annual TB questionnaire required
  • Fit Test: Required for all travelers, preferred before start; specific mask types required for WI and MI
• Drug Screening: 12-panel drug screen within 30 days prior to start, updated annually
• Background Checks: Criminal background check including SSN trace, employment verification, OIG search, national sex offender registry, EPLS within 90 days of start
• Employment and Education Verification: Must be completed and updated as required
• Professional References: At least two professional references required prior to first assignment
• Driver’s License/State ID: Must be current and match address requirements

Additional Notes

• Must be able to work the specified weekend shifts and holidays as required
• Flexibility to float to other nearby sites within 40 miles may be needed
• Prior travel experience is mandatory for this role

This position is suitable for experienced CT Technologists with prior travel assignments who are licensed in Wisconsin and meet all certification and compliance requirements.
