Job Opportunity: CT Technologist (Travel)

Location: Austin, Texas
Contract Length: 12 weeks

Job Details

• On-call holiday rotation required
• Minimum 2 years of CT experience required
• Strongly preferred experience with GE equipment

Required Qualifications

• Current CT Technologist license for Texas
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Heart Association)
• Must pass specialty competency exams and core competencies with minimum 80% score
• Completion of medical imaging contract worker onboarding and education attestation
• Documentation of required immunizations and health screenings including:

  • MMR (2 vaccines or positive titer, no declinations accepted)
  • Hepatitis B vaccination series or signed declination
  • Influenza vaccine (seasonal, exemptions accepted with mask requirement)
  • Varicella immunity or vaccination (no declinations accepted)
  • Tdap vaccine (valid within 10 years, no declinations accepted)
  • Tuberculosis screening (PPD or IGRA with chest X-ray if positive)
• Fit test for respiratory protection (annual requirement)
• Health statement or physical exam prior to assignment and updated annually
• Valid Driver’s License or State ID (must meet state and compact license requirements)
• Drug screening: 12 panel urine drug screen within 30 days prior to start, updated annually
• Criminal background check, employment verification, education verification, and professional references required prior to assignment
• Skills checklist and specialty exam must be completed and updated as required

• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position
• All licensure and certifications must be current and verified within 30 days prior to assignment start
• Compliance with HIPAA, Joint Commission, OSHA, and other regulatory standards is mandatory
