CT Technologist Position - Indiana, Indianapolis
Job Details

- Shift: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Indiana
- Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
Required Documentation & Onboarding Credentials
- Professional resume/profile
- Two professional references
- Signed assignment agreement (offer letter, initial confirmation, and extensions)
- License/certificate verification with primary source verification completed within 30 days prior to assignment start
- Driver’s license or state ID (valid, not expired, matching address requirements)
- Completion of core competencies including HIPAA, Joint Commission, NPSG, OSHA topics with minimum 80% passing score (updated every 3 years)
- Medical imaging contract worker onboarding education attestation (6 hours pre-hire training)
- Forward-facing badge photo with white or blue background (no alterations)
- Health and immunization documentation including:
- MMR (two vaccines or positive titer; no declinations accepted)
- Varicella (two vaccines, serological evidence, or documented history; no declinations accepted)
- Tdap (valid within 10 years; no declinations accepted)
- Hepatitis B vaccination series completion or signed declination
- Fit test for respiratory protection (preferred prior to start, can be completed onsite)
- 2-step PPD or IGRA testing for TB with annual updates; if positive, chest X-ray and TB questionnaire required
- Statement of good health or completed physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually
- Background checks and verifications:
- Criminal background check including SSN trace, OIG search, national sex offender registry, and others within 30 days of assignment start; updated annually or after breaks in service >90 days
- EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check within 90 days of start; rerun if break in service >90 days
- Employment verification for past 7 years; updated annually or after breaks in service >90 days
- Education verification relevant to clinical work within 90 days of start; rerun if break in service >90 days
- Skills checklist for CT specialty completed within one year of start and updated annually
- 12-panel drug screen within 30 days prior to start and annually thereafter; retesting required after breaks in service >90 days
Additional Information
- Flu vaccine is optional; if declined during flu season (Oct 1 – Mar 31), mask wearing is required at all times
- Prior travel experience is not specified as a requirement for this position
This position requires adherence to strict credentialing, health, and compliance standards to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance. The night shift schedule and weekend work are fixed as Wednesday through Friday evenings.
