Job Opportunity: Rehab Days (RN Acute Rehab)
Location: Evansville, Indiana
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 06:45 AM – 07:15 PM
Job Description
- Acute Rehab / Post Acute care setting
- 24 beds
- Patient ratio approximately 1:6-8
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana
- Minimum of 1 year of rehabilitation nursing experience, with experience within the last year
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Successful completion of the Ascension EKG Exam
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Health and Immunization Requirements
- Proof of two MMR vaccines or positive IGG titer (no declinations accepted)
- Proof of two Varicella vaccines, serological immunity, or documented history (no declinations accepted)
- Tdap vaccine valid within 10 years (no declinations accepted)
- Hepatitis B vaccination series completion or signed declination
- Influenza vaccine is optional; if declined during flu season, mask wearing is required
- Fit test for respiratory protection (preferred prior to start, can be completed onsite)
- Tuberculosis screening:
- 2-step PPD or Negative IGRA within required timeframes
- If positive, negative chest X-ray within one year and annual TB questionnaire
- Health statement or physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually
- 12-panel drug screen within 30 days prior to start and annually thereafter
Additional Requirements
- Resume/Profile submission required
- Signed assignment agreement required prior to onboarding
- Badge photo (forward-facing headshot with white or blue background, no filters)
- Confirmation of assignment documentation upon initial assignment and extensions
- Name change documentation if applicable (optional)

- Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position.

- All required exams and certifications must be maintained and updated every 3 years or as specified.
