Description

Registered Nurse (Medical/Surgical) - Nights

Location: Carmel, Indiana
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (13 weeks)
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Night Shift)
Schedule: Weekend rotation every 3 weeks, including holiday coverage

Job Description

Provide direct nursing care following established policies, procedures, and protocols.
Implement and monitor patient care plans.
Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition appropriately.
Coordinate care among all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care.
Follow physician and nursing orders.
Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning with the healthcare team.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana.
Minimum of 2 years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience, with at least some experience within the last year.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
