- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Med Surg experience within the last year
- 2 years of Med Surg experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- NIH Certification
- MOAB Moderate Risk
- Driver's License

Onboarding / Compliance Requirements
- 12-panel drug screen within 30 days prior to start
- Criminal background check, EPLS, education verification, and employment verification
- Skills checklist, core competencies, EKG exam, Cerner test-out, and unit-specific checklist
- Color vision screening
- Health statement or completed physical exam
- MMR, varicella, Tdap, hepatitis B documentation
- 2-step PPD or IGRA/TB questionnaire
- Signed assignment-related onboarding documents and education attestation
