Job details
- Location: Carmel, Indiana
- Employment type: LTA
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
- Schedule notes: Weekend rotation every 3 weeks; holiday coverage
Role summary
- Provide direct nursing care according to established policies, procedures, and protocols
- Implement and monitor patient care plans
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition
- Coordinate care across disciplines
- Carry out physician and nursing orders
- Assess and coordinate discharge planning needs
Required qualifications
- Valid RN license in Indiana
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Med Surg experience within the last year
- 2 years of Med Surg experience
- BLS issued by the American Heart Association
- Driver's License
Onboarding and compliance requirements
- Signed assignment agreement
- Education attestation
- Nursing contingent worker onboarding completion onsite
- Badge photo with a white or blue background, no filters or alterations
- Skills checklist completed within one year of start and updated annually
- Education verification completed within 90 days of start
- Employment verification for the past seven years
- Criminal background check
- EPLS check
- 12-panel drug screen within 30 days prior to start
- Health statement or completed physical exam
- Fit test
