Job Opportunity: RN Ambulatory Surgery

Location: Cooperstown, New York
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Specialty: Registered Nurse in Ambulatory Surgery
Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in New York
Minimum of 1 year of Ambulatory Surgery experience, including experience within the last year
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Valid Driver's License

Health and Safety Requirements (Onboarding)

Up-to-date immunizations and health screenings including:
- MMR
- Hepatitis B
- Influenza vaccine
- Varicella
- Tdap (optional)
- Tuberculosis (TB) test and annual TB questionnaire
Fit test for respiratory protection
Physical/health statement
Drug screening

Additional Requirements

Completion of security credentials acknowledgment and confidentiality agreement
Submission of a detailed profile including resume, skills checklist, license verification, BLS, and any additional required certifications prior to submission
