Job Description

Seeking a Mammography Technologist with required licensure and certifications to perform mammography procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Mammography Technologist license in Massachusetts
• Mammography Technologist with at least 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year
• Registered Technologist in Radiography Mammography (RTRM)
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification

Experience

• Specialty: Mammography Technician

Onboarding and Compliance Requirements

• Complete facility-specific self-study orientation and attestation prior to onboarding.
• Submit documentation for:

  • MMR vaccination or proof of immunity
  • TB screening (skin test or blood test) within 3 months of start date, updated if break >6 months
  • Health statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 1 year of start date, updated if break >6 months
• Strongly preferred: Hepatitis B vaccination or proof of immunity (declination accepted)
• Preferred: Tdap vaccination within last 10 years
• Criminal background checks including:

  • National and Massachusetts CORI background checks within 30-45 days prior to start date, updated if break >6 months
  • Social Security Number trace covering last 7 years
  • Exclusion checks against OIG, GSA, MassHealth, and NH Medicaid lists
  • National sex offender registry check
• Provide 2 professional references within last 4 years (minimum 1 supervisor-level)
• Submit resume including last 7 years of work experience with city and state
• Complete skills checklist within 1 year of submission
• Education verification through background check company (highest level achieved)
• Confirmation of assignment/point of information form required for initial assignment and extensions

Additional Notes

• If positive TB test, documentation of a negative chest x-ray after positive test is required.
• Name change documentation required if credential names differ from legal name.
• All background and compliance checks must be vetted and approved by security/compliance teams.

This position requires adherence to strict licensure, vaccination, and background screening protocols consistent with Massachusetts healthcare regulations.
