Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- 1 year of Med Surg experience
- Med Surg experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- PALS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Onboarding Requirements
- Resume with the past 7 years of work experience
- 2 references within the past 4 years, including at least 1 supervisor or above in the skillset
- Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
- License/certification verification within 30 days of start date
- FEMA ICS 100 training
- Background checks and screenings required before start, including criminal background check, Massachusetts CORI, SSN trace, national sex offender check, and exclusion checks
- Education verification
- Confirmation of assignment/POI form
- Beeline attestation
- Fit test and respirator medical clearance, if required for the skill
- Color vision screening
- MMR documentation or proof of immunity
- TB screening
- Health statement
- Housing agreement if staying in provided housing
