Day shift, 5x8 hours
Variable start times
Call required on nights, weekends, and holidays
Shared housing available; no pets or guests
Car required
No RTO

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Massachusetts
OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
1 year of Operating Room experience
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
PALS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Onboarding / Compliance

MGB MVH Housing Agreement required only if moving into shared housing
Fit test required within 365 days of start date and updated annually
Respirator Medical Clearance attestation required if fit test is required for skill
MMR documentation or proof of immunity
TB test documentation within 3 months of start date
Health statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA
Criminal background check
Massachusetts CORI
Confirmation of Assignment/POI form

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
