Description
Job Opportunity: Radiology CT/MRI Technician
Location: Bloomington, Indiana
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Indiana
- Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year
- MRI Technologist experience
- Completion of DCI/BVP (Workplace Violence Prevention Training)
Onboarding and Credential Requirements
Candidates must complete and submit the following prior to or at onboarding:
Professional Credentials & Verifications
- Orientation Packet: Completion of "Essentials" form and post-test.
- Education Verification: Copy of diploma or transcripts accepted if third-party verification unavailable.
- Criminal Background Check: National check within one year of start date.
- Employment Eligibility Verification (Form I-9) or agency attestation.
- Core Competencies Exam: Minimum score of 80%.
- Specialty Exam: Minimum score of 80%.
- Skills Checklist.
- Agency Attestation: Completed after all credentials are uploaded.
- SAM/EPLS Exclusion Search: Must be current and verifiable.
- Job Description: Signed and current within the past year.
- Workplace Violence Prevention Training (DCI/BVP).
Personal Health History & Immunizations
- COVID-19 Vaccine: Two doses plus booster or completed declination.
- MMR: Proof of two vaccines or positive immunity titer.
- Hepatitis B: Record of three immunizations, immune titer, or declination.
- Influenza Vaccine: Required during flu season or declination.
- Tuberculosis (TB) Test: Within one year of start date.
- Varicella: Vaccination or immunity titer.
- Tdap: Required; declinations not accepted in some states.
- Physical/Health Statement: Must state clearance to work; completed annually.
Additional Health & Safety Requirements
- Annual Respirator Fit Test: Using approved 3M masks or facility-specific requirements.
- Drug Screening: Minimum 10-panel test including THC within 60 days of start date.
- Color-blind Test: Annual completion required.
