Cath Lab Technician

Role Summary
- Assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures, including angio, complex vascular, and nonvascular procedures.
- Prepare and position patients, administer contrast media and medications within scope, monitor patients during procedures, and follow radiation safety procedures.
- Assist the Radiologist/PA and help review or refine protocols as needed.
Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider certification accepted by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Cardiographic Tech credential from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI), obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Radiologic Technologist credential in Radiography from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- High school diploma equivalency with 1–2 years of cumulative experience, or an Associate's degree/Technical degree, or 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist credential from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI).
