RN Labor and Delivery
Assignment Overview
- Per diem strike assignment
- Shift: 06:30 - 18:30
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Must be able to report for onboarding by 9/14 and work the strike on 9/15–9/16 for night shifts
- Orientation is required to work the strike
Required Qualifications
- Active nursing license
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- NRP, as applicable
- AWHONN/Fetal Heart Monitoring
- Nursys verification
Onboarding Requirements
- Driver’s license, state ID, or passport
- Prime OIG
- Prime drug screening within 60 days of start
- Prime color-blind test
- Prime agency attestation
- Prime SAM/EPLS search
- Resume
- Two references, including one from a manager or direct leader/supervisor
- COVID-19 vaccination or declination
- MMR immunity documentation
- Fit test completed before start
- Hepatitis B documentation or declination
- Influenza vaccine or declination
- TB test within 1 year of start
- Varicella immunity documentation
- Tdap documentation
- Annual TB questionnaire
- Social Security card or passport in lieu of it
- Physical/health statement stating clear to work
- Prime core competencies exam
