Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Illinois
- ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience)
- ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- PALS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NIHSS
- DCI/BVP
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Driver's License
Onboarding / Compliance
- Proof of MMR and varicella vaccination or attestation/declination
- COVID-19 vaccination or declination
- Hepatitis B documentation, immunity titer, or declination
- Influenza vaccine or declination during the required seasonal window
- Tdap documentation
- TB test within 1 year of start date
- Annual TB questionnaire
- Annual respirator fit test completed before start
- Physical/health statement stating clear to work
- Drug screening within 60 days of start, minimum 10-panel with THC included
- National criminal background check within 1 year of start
- Education verification
