Job Opportunity: CT Technologist

Location: Springfield, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Work Schedule

• Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Every 3rd weekend rotation
• Willingness to work one or two holidays during rotation

Required Certifications and Licenses

• BLS (American Heart Association certification required for all direct patient care personnel)
• ARRT-CT certification
• Valid license/certification verification dated within 30 days of start

Onboarding and Compliance Requirements

Candidates must complete and provide documentation for the following prior to or at onboarding:

Health and Safety

• Fit Test
• Trinity Respirator Evaluation (physician signature required)
• COVID-19 Vaccine (proof of booster by Sept 2025, or approved declination/exemption)
• MMR (proof of 2 vaccinations or IgG titer)
• Hepatitis B vaccination series (at least first vaccination prior to start)
• Influenza Vaccine (proof or declination for 2024-2025 or 2025-2026 season)
• 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) with chest x-ray if positive (within 1 year for MA)
• Varicella (proof of vaccination or IgG titer)
• Physical/Health Statement (exam within last year confirming fitness to work)
• Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen (completed within 30 days of start, no THC)
• Tdap vaccine (current, non-expired; declination accepted if no pediatric interaction)

Professional and Background Checks

• Trinity Code of Conduct Form (signed)
• Trinity I9 form
• Confidentiality and System Security Agreement (signed)
• Integrity and Audit Services Form (signed shortly before start)
• Skills Checklist (provided by agency for clinical contractors)
• Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form (signed)
• Criminal Background Check (federal, nationwide, county for last 7 years, SSN verification)
• Education Verification (highest academic degree or equivalent)
• EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check within 30 days
• GSA/OIG exclusion check within 30 days
• Joint Commission CORE Exam within 1 year
• NSO (National Sex Offender) check within 30 days
• System Access Form (completed and uploaded one week before start)
• MA CORI (Massachusetts Criminal Offender Record Information) check if assignment is in MA
• OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions check within 30 days

Additional Notes

• All required documents must be uploaded to the system as specified.
• Some forms require signatures and must be current within specified timeframes.
• Agency will provide the clinical skills checklist.
• Compliance with all health, safety, and professional requirements is mandatory for onboarding and continued employment.

This position is ideal for CT Technologists who meet the certification and compliance requirements and are comfortable working night shifts with weekend and holiday rotations.
