Location: Columbus, Ohio
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Shift: 4x10 hour night shifts (19:00 - 05:30), no weekends
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
Seeking a CT Technologist to work night shifts with no weekend requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Specialty: CT Technologist
- Years of Experience: Not explicitly stated; assume minimum 1 year typical for CT Tech roles unless otherwise specified by employer.
- Licensure: Must hold a valid CT Technologist license/certification appropriate for Ohio.
- Certifications:
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required

- Fit Test
- 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) with chest x-ray if positive TB per regional requirements
- COVID-19 Vaccine (including booster or approved exemption/declination where allowed)
- MMR vaccination proof
- Hepatitis B vaccination series proof (titers not accepted)
- Influenza Vaccine (seasonal, with declination/exemption where allowed)
- Varicella vaccination proof
- Physical/Health Statement (exam within last year)
- 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
- Criminal Background Check (Federal, Nationwide, County - last 7 years)
- Education Verification (highest level of academic education)
- EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check within 30 days
- OIG/GSA Exclusion check within 30 days
- Integrity and Audit Services Form
- Joint Commission CORE Exam within last year
- NSO (National Sex Offender) check within 30 days
- System Access Form (completed one week before start)
- License/Certificate Verification (state verification within 30 days)
- Code of Conduct Form
- I9 Employment Eligibility Verification
- Specialty Specific Competency Testing (completed within last year)
- Color Vision test
