Description

CT Technologist Position - Iowa, Davenport

Job Details

  • Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
  • Contract Length: 13 weeks
  • Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
  • Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend shift

Required Qualifications

  • Valid CT Technologist license in Iowa
  • Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year
  • ARRT certification
  • BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association

Health and Safety Requirements

  • Fit test
  • Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen (10-panel, no THC; completed within 30 days of start)
  • COVID-19 vaccine proof (including booster by Sept 2025) or approved exemption/declination (declination not accepted in CA or IL)
  • MMR: Proof of 2 vaccinations or IgG titer lab report
  • Hepatitis B: Must have started vaccination series prior to start (titers not accepted)
  • Influenza vaccine (optional)
  • 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) with chest x-ray if positive TB as per regional requirements
  • Varicella: Proof of vaccination or IgG titer lab report
  • Physical/Health Statement confirming fitness to work (exam within last year)
  • Tdap vaccine or declination if no pediatric interaction

Background and Compliance

  • Federal, nationwide, and county criminal background check (last 7 years), including SSN verification, dated within 30 days of start
  • Education verification of highest academic degree or diploma/GED
  • EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check dated within 30 days
  • OIG (Office of Inspector General) exclusion check dated within 30 days
  • NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days; includes statewide check for Michigan if applicable
  • Conflict of Interest Disclosure form
  • Code of Conduct form
  • Confidentiality and Information System Security Agreement
  • Integrity and Audit Services form
  • Non-Employee Upload form (pages 1-3 and 28)
  • System Access form (to be completed and uploaded one week before start)
  • Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training (Iowa only)
  • Iowa Sing Report (Criminal History, Sex Offender, Dependent Adult & Child Abuse Registries) within 30 days prior to start
  • OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions check within 30 days

Documentation to Submit

  • Resume and skills checklist (within the past year)
  • Two professional references
  • Specialty exam results
  • All required scanned documents and verifications as listed above must be uploaded to the credentialing system prior to onboarding

This position requires adherence to strict credentialing, health, and compliance standards to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.
