Job Opportunity: Dual Modality CT/Rad Tech
Location: Dublin, Ohio
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Weekends, 07:00 AM – 07:30 PM (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Job Summary
Seeking a Dual Modality CT/Radiologic Technologist to work weekend shifts. This role requires proficiency in both CT and Radiologic technology.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Ohio
- Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
Health and Safety Requirements (Must be completed prior to start)
- COVID-19 vaccine proof including booster (or approved declination/exemption with agency letterhead).
- MMR vaccination proof (2 doses or IgG titer lab report).
- Hepatitis B vaccination series initiated prior to start (titers not accepted).
- Influenza vaccine (optional but recommended).
- 2-Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) test; if positive, chest X-ray required within last year or 5 years depending on region.
- Varicella vaccination proof (1 dose or IgG titer lab report).
- Fit test for respiratory protection.
- Physical/Health statement confirming fitness to work (exam within last year).
- 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (no THC).
Professional and Background Requirements (Must be completed prior to start)
- Resume and skills checklist within the past year.
- Two professional references.
- Signed confidentiality, conflict of interest, code of conduct, and integrity/audit services forms.
- Federal, nationwide, and county criminal background check covering last 7 years, including SSN verification.
- Education verification of highest academic degree or diploma.
- EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) and OIG (Office of Inspector General) exclusion checks dated within past 30 days.
- National Sex Offender Registry (NSO) check dated within past 30 days.
- System access form completed and uploaded one week before start.
- Standard I-9 verification completed by agency.
Additional Notes
- All documentation requiring verification or certification must be scanned and uploaded into the agency’s credentialing system within specified timeframes.
- No prior travel experience explicitly required for this position.
- The role involves weekend shifts only (Friday through Sunday).
- The position is a long-term assignment lasting approximately 13 weeks.
