Thursday - Saturday nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour shifts)
- No call required
- In-house with charge RN for the full shift
Job Description / Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in the Operating Room with a focus on neuro cases (including burr holes, craniotomies, etc.), not limited to spine cases
- Proficient in general and orthopedic trauma cases and basic Da Vinci robotic surgery assistance
- Level two OR nurse: manage all case types except burn patients
- No scrubbing required
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Idaho
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Minimum 1 year of OR Circulate experience, with experience within the last year
- Neurosurgical experience, including burr holes and craniotomies
- Proficiency in orthopedic trauma
- Basic proficiency with Da Vinci robotic surgery assistance
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Emergency Pediatric Life Support (EPLS) certification
