Required Qualifications

Valid CT Technologist license in Illinois
CT Technologist (1 year of experience)
CT Technologist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association

Onboarding / Compliance Requirements

COVID-19 vaccine documentation or approved declination/exemption, with declination not accepted for CA or IL
MMR documentation
Fit test for 3M N95 1860 respirator mask sizes small or regular
Hepatitis B documentation or declination
2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot)
Varicella documentation
Physical/Health Statement from an exam within the last year
Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen
Trinity Profile: resume, skills checklist within a year, and 2 professional references

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
