Job Opportunity: CT Technologist

Location: Columbus, Ohio
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Schedule: Friday through Sunday, 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Required Credentials and Certifications

Must be submitted with application:

• BLS Certification (Basic Life Support)
• ARRT Certification (Registered Technologist in Radiography)
• State of Ohio License/Certificate Verification

Required before or at onboarding:

• BLS Certification (American Heart Association, front and back of card)
• State License/Certificate Verification (dated within 30 days of start)
• Fit Test (specific to mask type if applicable)
• Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen (completed within 30 days of start, includes specific substances, no THC)
• Trinity Code of Conduct Form (signed)
• Trinity I9 Form (completed by agency)
• Confidentiality and System Security Agreement (signed)
• Integrity and Audit Services Form (signed shortly before start)
• Specialty Specific Competency Testing (completed within the last year)
• Color Vision Test
• COVID-19 Vaccine (proof of booster by Sept 2025, or approved declination/exemption; declination not accepted in CA or IL)
• MMR Vaccination (proof of 2 vaccinations or IgG titer)
• Hepatitis B Vaccination Series (at least first vaccination prior to start; titers not accepted)
• Influenza Vaccine (proof or declination/exemption for 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 seasons; declination not accepted in CA or IL)
• 2 Step PPD or IGRA TB Test (with chest x-ray if positive, per regional requirements)
• Varicella Vaccination or IgG Titer
• Physical/Health Statement (exam within last year confirming fitness to work)
• Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form (signed)
• Criminal Background Check (federal, nationwide, county for last 7 years, SSN verification, dated within 30 days)
• Education Verification (highest academic degree or diploma verified)
• Exclusion Lists Checks:

  • EPLS (Excluded Parties List System)
  • GSA/OIG (Office of Inspector General)
  • NSO (National Sex Offender)
• Joint Commission CORE Exam (within last year)
• System Access Form (completed and uploaded one week before start)
• Skills Checklist (provided by agency for clinical contractors)

Summary

This is a 13-week CT Technologist contract position in Columbus, Ohio, requiring weekend shifts. Candidates must hold current BLS and ARRT certifications, a valid Ohio license, and meet extensive onboarding requirements including drug screening, immunizations, background checks, and competency testing. Compliance with Trinity Health’s professional and confidentiality standards is mandatory.
