Job Opportunity: RN Case Manager
Location: Boston, Massachusetts

Job Description
- Seeking an RN with experience in acute case management.
- Traveler experience is a plus.
- Conditional license holders will be considered if the permanent licensure process has already begun. Assignment duration will align with the conditional license period, with possible extension upon permanent license issuance.
Licensure Requirements
- Must have or be in process for a permanent nursing license in Massachusetts.
- Conditional licenses accepted only if permanent licensure process is underway.
- Primary source verification of license required (NURSYS and Board of Nursing).
Required Credentials & Documentation
Professional Credentials
- Resume including past 7 years of work experience with city and state details.
- Two recent references (minimum one supervisor or above in the relevant skillset).
- Skills checklist specific to the role.
- Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start, including county and international searches if applicable.
- Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start.
- Education verification of highest degree achieved.
- Social Security Number trace covering last 7 years.
- National sex offender registry check within 30 days prior to start.
- Exclusion checks (OIG, GSA, MassHealth, NH Medicaid) within 30 days prior to start and annually.
- Confirmation of assignment form upon acceptance and for any start date changes.
Personal Health History & Immunizations
- Fit test for N95 respirator within 365 days of start date (no religious exemptions).
- Documentation of MMR vaccination or proof of immunity.
- Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30), no exemptions.
- TB test documentation within 3 months of start date (skin test or blood test) and updated if >6 month break.
- Physician health statement within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break.
- Respirator Medical Clearance attestation (part of fit test record).
- Optional but strongly preferred: Hepatitis B vaccination or immunity proof.
- Optional: Tdap vaccine within last 10 years.
- Optional: Documentation of chest x-ray if positive TB test.
Additional Notes
- Photo ID badge required for onboarding: recent color photo (no selfies, filters, or eyeglasses; plain background; shoulders up).
- No onsite fit testing available; must be completed prior to start.
- No religious or medical exemptions allowed for flu vaccine.
