Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room (OR)

Location: Cooperstown, New York
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Provide comprehensive perioperative care across a broad range of surgical specialties.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care for complex and diverse surgical needs.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of patient populations, including pediatrics and critical care patients.
• Average daily cases: 30-50.

• General surgery
• ENT (adults)
• Orthopedic (total knees, hips, shoulders)
• Plastics (including flap procedures)
• Abdominal and bowel resections
• Whipple procedure
• D&C and hysterectomies
• Gastric sleeves
• Podiatry
• Neurological (craniotomies and other neuro cases)
• Back surgeries
• Urology (cystoscopy and stent placements)

Certifications & Licenses

• BLS (required for onboarding)
• Nursys license verification (required for onboarding)
• License/Certificate verification (required for onboarding)
