Job Description

Deliver safe, effective, and quality patient- and family-centered care.
Able to scrub, circulate, and work in the recovery room as needed.
Communicate effectively with other members of the perioperative team.
Maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
Support the mission, vision, and values of the organization.

Required Skills and Certifications

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
Current registered nurse licensure in the state of Maine.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification required for PACU roles (may be obtained within 6 months of hire).
Pediatric Advanced Cardiac Life Support (PALS) Certification required for PACU roles (may be obtained within 12 months of hire).
At least 1 year of perioperative experience.
Basic computer skills.
CNOR certification preferred.
