Travel RN Opportunity - Albany, New York

Job Requirements and Skills

Epic experience is REQUIRED
Navy blue scrubs required
Trauma Level One experience required
Competency test required within 24 hours of submission
Must be competent with immediate postoperative cardiac and vascular surgery patients in ICU
Experience with high acuity patients requiring advanced hemodynamic monitoring
Skills needed:
- Ventilator management
- Arterial lines (a-lines)
- Spinal drains
- Hemodynamic monitoring
- ECG interpretation and monitoring
- Temporary pacemakers
- Vasoactive and inotropic drip titrations

Additional Notes

Local candidates from certain counties are no longer eligible as of 1/11/2024
High acuity ICU environment with cardiac and vascular surgery patients
Competency and clinical skills are critical for success in this role

This position is ideal for experienced ICU RNs with strong cardiac and vascular postoperative care skills and proficiency in Epic EMR.
