CT Technologist - Boise, Idaho

Job Overview

Position: CT Technologist
Location: Boise, Idaho (Boise main campus only)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shifts: Assigned shifts, no blocked requests
- Current need: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM and 10:00 AM - 8:30 PM; Monday 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
- Weekend and holiday work required as scheduled
- Weekend shifts are 4-10 hour shifts; Friday through Monday 10 AM - 8:30 PM
Call: Available if agreed upon

Requirements

Certifications:
- ARRT (CT) Certified
- BLS Certified
Experience:
- At least 1 year of CT experience
- Siemens scanner experience preferred
- Prior travel experience preferred but not required
Skills:
- Good patient care skills
- Procedural experience (biopsies, drains, ablations)
- Ability to start IVs

Equipment & Technology

Scanners: Siemens Drive, Siemens Force, Cannon Prime SP (Cannon experience not required)
Software: EPIC and McKesson experience preferred but not required

Work Environment

Average scans per 10-hour shift: 3 to 40 (varied CT scans including pediatrics, cardiac, and procedures)
Radiology team includes a lead tech and supervisor during weekday day shifts
Radiologist available in-house
No Registered Radiology Assistants (RRAs); a CNA assists in the department
Scrubs: Blue scrubs provided

This position is ideal for CT technologists with ARRT certification and experience on Siemens scanners who are comfortable working varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
