  • Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

  • Candidates must have an Arizona home address on their driver's license.
  • All submissions must include a completed Banner cover page.
  • Candidates should list all departments and shifts they are willing to work.
  • All requests for time off (RTO) must be noted; RTO cannot exceed 7 days and will not be approved during the first week of assignment or holidays.
  • Candidates must be pre-closed and ready to accept the position.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 24 months of current Level I Trauma PCU experience (required).
  • Certifications: Must have active certifications from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross included in the submission (required).
  • Background Check: No Nursys Hits (required).
  • Vaccination: Flu vaccination status must be included in submission notes; declinations can be applied for.
  • Travel Experience: Preferred.

Profile Requirements

  • Completed Banner Cover Page.
  • Updated resume detailing all facilities, facility size, beds, trauma level, and units.
  • Skills checklist specific to the discipline (must be less than a year old).
  • Active license verification (must be less than 30 days old).
  • Driver's license.

Additional Information

  • Learning modules must be completed prior to the start of the assignment.
  • Non-billable hours adjusted to reflect 16 hours for each assignment.
  • The client or vendor may cancel an assignment in progress with 7 days written notice without penalty.
