Job Details

- Patients transferring from Neuro ICU
- Neuro trauma, subarachnoid, intraventricular, or intracerebral hemorrhage
- ENT cancer patients post tumor resection and flap reconstruction
- Post-operative spine patients
- Various neurological conditions
Schedule & Hours
- 36 or 48 hours available
- Every other weekend and every other holiday off
- Can approve 40 hours for time off
Required Certifications
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- NIH Stroke Certification (required before start, can submit pending)
- Must have Epic experience
Licensure
- Virginia nursing license required (can submit with VA license pending)

- Hepatitis B surface antibody titer (positive required or antigen titer if negative)
- Varicella (2 vaccines or titer; declination accepted but must be documented)
- Seasonal Flu vaccination (required, no exemptions)
- Pass/Fail Cardiac Rhythm Assessment during orientation (required for adult inpatient RN positions)
- Medication/Pharmacology competency exam as applicable
- Professional appearance guidelines review and acknowledgment
- Facility-specific forms including release authorization, TB screening, traveler compliance, and fit testing acknowledgment (if patient-facing)
