Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (Travel/Contract)
Location: Emmett, Idaho
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Summary
Seeking a Registered Nurse for a travel/contract position in Emmett, Idaho.
Required Experience
- Specialty: Registered Nurse

- RN State License (Primary Source Verification)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) – ARC, AHA, or US Department of Defense approved

- Drug screening: 9-panel drug screen within 1 year of start (instant drug screen acceptable)
Health & Immunization Requirements
- Physical exam within last 12 months (not required annually)
- Fit mask test within 1 year of start (specific mask types accepted)
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year, updated annually
- Immunizations or exemptions required for:
- Rubeola (Measles)
- Mumps
- Rubella
- Hepatitis B (only if occupational exposure to blood/body fluids)
- Varicella (Chickenpox)
- Seasonal flu vaccination or documented declination required during flu season (10/1 - 3/31); medical and religious exemptions accepted
- COVID-19 vaccine exemptions (religious and medical) accepted with required documentation
Documentation & Training
- Proof of I9 or attestation
- Government-issued photo ID required during hours of service
- Proof of E-Verify or attestation
- Residency declaration form if working on a compact license
- Orientation Safety Manual Acknowledgement (HIPAA compliance)
- Medication/Pharmacology competency exam as applicable
- Core competency exams as applicable
- Skills checklist updated annually for applicable units
Facility Specific Information
- First day includes 4-6 hours of online training (written content, video tutorials, quizzes)
- On-site HR onboarding and access badge issuance
- Meeting with unit supervisor for job-specific training and shift scheduling
References & Evaluations
- Two professional references required within 2 years for travel nursing positions
- Performance evaluations required if previously worked with the agency over 1 year
- Internal evaluations required if worked over 2 years
