Job Opportunity: Radiology / Cardiology Tech (CT/XRAY)
Location: Hood River, Oregon

Job Details
- Position does not float between units
- No on-call required
- Weekend shifts required: Friday, Saturday, Sunday (12-hour day shifts)
- Block schedule required: Friday through Sunday

Experience Requirements

Background and Compliance Requirements
- Background check within 45 days of start, covering all locations lived/worked in past 7 years; must be updated annually
- EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks required within 30 days of start, updated monthly
- Education verification required for all candidates
- State-specific searches (e.g., Oregon Abuse/Neglect, Washington WSP/WATCH) as applicable
- Drug screening: 10-panel drug screen within 90 days of start (no instant tests)
- Physical exam within 1 year of start, signed by MD, NP, PA, or DO
- Immunizations and health documents required:
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (within 10 years or declination)
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray (updated annually)
- MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccination or positive titer
- Hepatitis B vaccination or signed declination
- Varicella vaccination or positive titer
- Flu vaccine during flu season or declination
- COVID vaccine or declination
- Respirator fit testing required for travel candidates (updated annually)
- References: Minimum 2 supervisor references covering 1 year of employment within last 3 years in comparable specialty/setting

- Floating policy acknowledgment: May be required to float to other Providence facilities within reasonable distance
