Background and Compliance Requirements

• Background check within 45 days of start, covering all locations lived/worked in past 7 years; must be updated annually

• State-specific searches (e.g., Oregon Abuse/Neglect, Washington WSP/WATCH) as applicable
• Drug screening: 10-panel drug screen within 90 days of start (no instant tests)
