Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (Travel/Contract)
Location: Saint Louis, Missouri

Job Details
- Shift: Nights
- Patient Ratio: 1:5-6
- Weekend Requirement: 2 shifts every other weekend
- For night shift: Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday (depending on rotation)
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week (3 shifts of 12 hours)

- Locals Accepted: No (local radius rule: 75 miles)

- Fingerprinting required for certain Illinois long-term care or rehab assignments
Licensure
- Primary source verification of professional license required (Missouri licenses verified via NURSYS)
- License action reviews and approvals as needed
Health & Immunizations
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Fit mask testing (N95 required, annual renewal)
- Tdap vaccine or declination (expires every 10 years)
- Negative TB test or chest x-ray (2 negative PPDs or T-Spot/Q-Gold within 1 year)
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella immunity or vaccination/declination as applicable
- Drug testing within 1 year, must include specific panels and be valid throughout assignment
- Seasonal flu vaccination or approved exemption required during flu season (09/30 - 04/01)

- Skills checklist within 1 year of start (oncology skills checklist required if applicable)

Additional Notes
