Required Qualifications

• Licensure: Current Arkansas RN Licensure
• Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Medical-Surgical / Telemetry nursing (highest required experience)
• Prior Travel Experience: Not specified (assumed not required)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care on a medical telemetry unit.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and perform procedures as ordered.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes, medications, and discharge instructions.
• Respond to emergencies and initiate appropriate interventions.
• Perform cardiac rhythm interpretation and telemetry monitoring.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, specifically EPIC.
