Required Qualifications

• Current Arkansas RN licensure
• BLS certification
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Medical-Surgical / Telemetry nursing (highest required experience)
• Strong knowledge of cardiac rhythm interpretation and telemetry monitoring

Job Responsibilities

• Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care on a medical telemetry unit
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and perform procedures as ordered
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Accurately document patient status, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record (EPIC)
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Educate patients and families on disease processes, medications, and discharge instructions
• Respond to emergencies and initiate appropriate interventions
