PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - AHA HeartCode accepted, required for all RNs except Case Managers
Additional certifications may be required depending on role (e.g., ACLS, NRP, TNCC) but not mandatory for this position

Negative 10-panel drug screen within 30 days prior to start
Respiratory Safety Clearance or Respirator Questionnaire as applicable
References: 2 supervisory references or performance evaluations within 1 year of start
Pediatric skills checklist as applicable

Must complete facility-specific forms and health documentation promptly
Flu vaccination is mandatory for clearance; exemptions require agency-specific forms
Medication calculation/dosage test during orientation requires 100% pass rate with up to three attempts
Background checks must include specific counties in Kansas and Missouri
