Job Opportunity: Radiology / Cardiology Tech (Travel/Contract)
Location: San Angelo, Texas
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- US tech needed with ARDMS (AB) and (RVT) certifications required
- Must have transcranial doppler (TCD) experience
- Perform general, vascular, and OB scans
- Monday to Friday schedule with minimal, rare PRN call and holidays as needed
- May float to South campus
- Graduate from an accredited diagnostic medical sonography or US Tech program required
- Preferred start date within the next 3-5 weeks
Experience Requirements
- Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology

Background & Compliance Requirements
- 7-year background check required within 30 days of start
- EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks required within 30 days of start
- Education verification required
- Legal name must match on all documentation (license, social security card, certifications)
- Annual background check renewal required for Aya candidates
Health & Immunization Requirements
- Physical exam within 1 year of start (must be completed within 72 hours of contract signing)
- Fit mask test within 6 months prior to start, annual updates required
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
- TB questionnaire required annually
- Immunizations required (must be completed within 72 hours of contract signing):
- Rubeola (Measles)
- Mumps
- Rubella
- Hepatitis B (positive titer or series with declination form)
- Varicella
- Drug testing required within 30 days of start
- Seasonal flu vaccination or facility-specific declination form during flu season (10/31-3/31)
- Initial COVID series required (boosters not required)
