Job Opportunity: Radiology / Cardiology Travel/Contract Position

Location: Douglas, Wyoming
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

• Shift: 4x10 days, rotating shifts (0600-1630, 0700-1730) and weekend shifts (0600-1730 Saturday and Sunday)

Experience Requirements

• Specialty Experience: Must have CT and X-ray experience

Certifications Required

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) - Required for ER RNs
• State License and National Tech Certification as applicable

Work Hours and Overtime

• 40 hours per week standard
• For 4x12 shifts, overtime is defined as hours worked in excess of 48 hours per week

Required Documentation and Compliance

• Government issued photo ID (Driver’s License/State ID)
• Emergency Contact Form (prior to start)
• Background Check (within 90 days of start, includes SS Trace, County searches, Nationwide, Sex Offender, updated annually)
• EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks (annual)
• Physical Exam (within 1 year of start)
• Negative TB test or Chest X-Ray (within 1 year of start; chest x-ray acceptable for 5 years with annual TB questionnaire)
• Immunizations or proof of immunity for:

  • Rubeola (Measles)
  • Mumps
  • Rubella
  • Hepatitis B
  • Varicella
• Drug Testing: 9 Panel Drug Screen within 1 year of start (instant drug screen acceptable)
• Flu Seasonal Vaccination or Declination (required during flu season: 9/30 - 3/31)
• COVID-19 vaccination: Not required by this facility
• References:

  • 2 professional references for travel, allied, per diem acute care
  • 1 professional reference for per diem non-acute care

• This is a travel/crisis contract position with rotating shifts including weekends.
