Job Description

• Provide professional and clinical care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• May be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
• Home health experience is highly preferred.
• Experience working with all age groups is required.

Experience Requirements

• At least 1.5 years of Physical Therapist experience required.
• Work history/resume must show 24 months (2 years) of current Physical Therapist experience (this is the higher requirement and should be met).
• Skills checklist specific to Physical Therapist discipline required.

Certifications & Licenses

• BLS certification (AHA or ARC) required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Must have or be willing to obtain an Iowa state license. Non-Iowa licensed candidates are acceptable if willing/able to apply for Iowa license.

Additional Information

• Professional reference or reference check from a charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO within the last 24 months is preferred.
• Orientation is scheduled weekly, every Monday.
