Job Requirements

• Telemetry background required (ability to read telemetry)
• Minimum 2 years of medical/surgical nursing experience
• Experience with EPIC electronic health record system
• No artificial or acrylic nails; nails must be short
• Must be available to work every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH)

Credentialing and Compliance Requirements

• Confirmation of assignment documentation required upon initial assignment and each extension
• Employment verification for the past 7 years; updated annually; rerun if break in service > 90 days
